The Fresh Fresher is all about simplicity. Simple food, simple recipes, simple ingredients. It really doesn’t get much more complicated than that. The fact that this means my recipes are convenient, inexpensive and (usually) healthy are all, of course, added bonuses.

Strictly speaking I am no longer a fresher (or freshman, if you’re not British), but coming to the end of my degree at Cardiff University. Other than blogging and cooking (and eating) I spend my time I writing freelance (check out StudentRecipes.com and ProBlogger) and attempting yoga.

  2. I studied at the University of Texas at Arlington a year ago. I’m working as a copywriter now and baking cakes on the side. Where did you study?
